Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior experience as a busser, food runner, casual dining server or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
  • Ability to carry trays of food and drinks with accuracy and speed

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a busser, food runner, casual dining server or in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Fine dining experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Monitor dining area for each table's progress and assist with preparing tables for reservations
  • Assist in ensuring all menus, glasses, utensils, and napkins are clean and properly stocked
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
  • Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer basic guest inquiries
  • Work with the kitchen staff to ensure food is properly plated and ready for delivery
  • Anticipate guests' needs and proactively assist wherever possible
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business
