Job Requirements

Some high school education is required
No previous food service experience required
Must be able to speak and understand English
Must be able to organize and successfully multitask
Must be able to stand and walk at a fast pace for periods of up to four hours
Must be able to lift, bend and stoop
Must frequently lift and carry bust tubs, trays and other objects weighing 25 pounds or more
Must be 18 or older to apply

Job Duties

Communicates with and assists food servers to maintain high-efficiency service
Ensures satisfaction and well-being of all guests
Maintains cleanliness and restocks front-of-house areas
Serves water and provides refills as necessary
Clears dishes and utensils between courses and replaces dishes and utensils after guests leave
May assist servers in pouring hot beverages such as coffee or tea
