Server Assistant (Eldorado Scioto Downs - Columbus, OH)

Trattoria Expeditor position at SD F&B department reporting to FOH Supervisor. Responsible for restocking food line, maintaining temperatures, ensuring set portion controls, and upholding cleanliness standards. Must prepare plates for service, execute Family Style Service, and perform other assigned duties. Qualified candidates should have excellent customer service skills, ability to lift up to 30lbs, and stand/walk/sit for extended periods. Minimum age requirement is 18, and ability to obtain and maintain licensing is necessary. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
