We are seeking a hardworking and guest-focused Server Assistant to become a key member of our dining team at the Donald Ross Pub. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences. As a Server Assistant, you will play an essential part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring that every detail is taken care of to uphold the club's high service standards. Your support will help servers, bartenders, and banquet staff provide seamless service during busy shifts. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables quickly, restocking supplies, assisting with opening and closing duties, and maintaining polished china, glassware, and flatware. In addition to day-to-day tasks, you will also learn about the menu items and daily specials to assist in enhancing the overall guest experience.

This role requires flexibility, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment where teamwork is critical. The position offers full or part-time opportunities, with 20 to 45+ hours per week, year-round employment, and a competitive wage commensurate with experience.
