Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a busser, server assistant, or in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Maintain and execute 5-star Forbes and 5 Diamonds AAA standards
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays required
- Current Food Handler's Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required

Job Duties
- Assist servers in providing attentive and efficient service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience
- Set up and maintain the dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Clear tables and reset them promptly, ensuring that used dishes, utensils, and glassware are removed
- Refill beverages and assist in delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Monitor and anticipate guest needs to provide proactive service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist in handling cash and credit transactions accurately, when needed
