Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a food runner or busser preferred
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid Alcohol Beverage Control license required
- valid Food Handling certification required

Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guest tables, ensuring proper presentation and accompaniments
- clear and reset tables swiftly and gracefully while maintaining a clean, organized environment
- support servers with guest requests, water and beverage refills, and service pacing
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and setup of the rooftop dining and poolside areas
- uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and hospitality
