Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience as a food runner or busser preferred
ability to lift up to 30 lbs
excellent communication skills
ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
valid Alcohol Beverage Control license required
valid Food Handling certification required

a strong sense of urgency and professionalism
excellent communication and teamwork skills
positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
ability to remain composed in a fast-paced setting and lift up to 30 lbs
flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
valid Alcohol Beverage Control license
valid Food Handling certification

Job Duties

Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guest tables, ensuring proper presentation and accompaniments
clear and reset tables swiftly and gracefully while maintaining a clean, organized environment
support servers with guest requests, water and beverage refills, and service pacing
communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction
assist in maintaining cleanliness and setup of the rooftop dining and poolside areas
uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and hospitality
