Job Duties
- Establish service standards throughout guest experience
- ascertain guest satisfaction
- assist service staff as directed by manager
- supply assigned station with all items needed for daily operation
- serve water, coffee, juice, and other beverages and refills
- clear extra place settings at the table
- maintain customer relations at the table
- complete all closing side work properly
- perform any duties as requested by manager
- handle stress and multiple tasks to organize service steps
- maintain good interpersonal relations with guests and co-workers
