The role of Server Assistant (Bus Attendant) at Sonesta International Hotels is key to enhancing the overall dining experience. This position demands dedication to consistently delivering high-quality service in the hotel’s food service venues. The Server Assistant supports the restaurant team by setting up, servicing, and breaking down food and beverage areas, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities also include assisting Restaurant Servers by cleaning guest tables and surrounding areas, ensuring a seamless dining service experience.

A Server Assistant must be passionate and engaged, anticipating guest needs and elevating the hospitality experience by following Sonesta's GUEST model: Greet guests warmly with a smile, Use eye and ear contact while addressing guests by name, Establish and anticipate guest needs, Solve and own requests or complaints, and Thank guests sincerely. Additionally, the Server Assistant is expected to foster solid relationships with colleagues, treating everyone with respect and dignity to maintain a positive workplace environment.

Candidates for this role should have 1-2 years of restaurant experience, showcasing a strong track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
