Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Navigate through crowded areas safely including stairs and uneven surfaces
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas including floors, tables, and service stations
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables
- Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate service
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down dining areas
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guest needs and requests
- Regularly clear and reset tables by the pool and deliver food and beverages poolside
- Work closely with servers to maintain service flow by clearing dishes, glasses, and trash
- Support special events and poolside catering by preparing dining areas
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation protocols
- Be responsive and attentive to poolside guests' needs
