Server Assistants - Bussers at Texas Roadhouse play a vital role in delivering a memorable dining experience. This position involves assisting guests with their needs, supporting servers at various tables, and maintaining cleanliness and order within the dining area. A Server Assistant - Busser ensures that the restaurant runs smoothly by cleaning and clearing tables quickly, practicing proper safety and sanitation procedures, and exhibiting strong teamwork skills.
