Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a server assistant or similar role in hospitality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Availability to work seven days a week during dinner service

Job Duties
- Set and prepare tables for dining including folding napkins and placing tableware
- Ensure tableware is in good condition and report defects
- Stock maintain and clean designated food stations
- Assist food servers with table service including serving beverages and breads
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
