This particular opportunity is a part-time, non-management position within the Food and Beverage and Culinary department. The role focuses on ensuring that every guest receives an extraordinary experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. The position is for a Guest Service Expert who will play a vital role in creating lasting memories for guests beyond simply serving food and beverages. These experts take initiative to offer a wide range of services, including setting tables, assisting in kitchen operations, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies to maintain seamless service flow.

The position requires a professional approach toward maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, etiquette, and appearance as outlined by The Ritz-Carlton standards. The role is physically demanding, involving standing, sitting, walking on varied surfaces, lifting or moving items weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance, and performing movements that require bending, twisting, stretching, and crouching. Guest Service Experts must review menus, ensure accurate food and beverage information, and engage fully in all assigned tasks to guarantee guest satisfaction and optimal hotel operation.
