The role of Server Assistant at Main Event Entertainment is pivotal to ensuring guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences while they engage in the many entertainment options available. This position is part of the hospitality team and focuses on supporting the Server by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with refills and table turns, and directly engaging with guests through greeting and drink service. The Server Assistant helps uphold the high standards of safety and sanitation, which are critical to the company’s reputation. Duties include pre-bussing tables, timely delivery of food and beverages, and anticipating guest needs to enhance satisfaction. This role requires a strong team-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. While prior food and beverage experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for those passionate about service and hospitality to grow their careers. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from 8.98 to 13 dollars per hour, along with the chance to be part of an exciting and supportive team culture.
