We are currently seeking a motivated and attentive Server Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our dining area and enhancing the overall guest experience. The Server Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as cleaning and setting tables, removing dirty dishes, and ensuring guests have necessary service items like water, coffee, and condiments. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position

Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks

Job Duties

Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths or replace dirty tablecloths
Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies
Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in establishments, such as cafeterias or dining rooms, to facilitate customer service
Assist servers with delivering water, coffee, and condiments to guests
Ensure dining areas are clean and organized
Support the team by managing multiple tasks efficiently
