The Server Assistant role is a critical component of the FAENA hospitality team, supporting seamless service execution in the dining environment. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $17.00 plus tips, reflecting the importance of the role in ensuring guest satisfaction. The Server Assistant maintains the flow of the dining room by anticipating guest needs, assisting servers pragmatically, and ensuring tables receive focused, attentive care. This role requires a fast-paced, service-oriented individual with strong awareness, a polished presence, and a team-minded approach. Assistant Servers work behind the scenes delivering timely and accurate food and beverage service, replenishing drinks, clearing tables efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining experience. A commitment to upholding the high standards of FAENA’s La Boca restaurant by maintaining impeccable appearance, demeanor, and service is essential. This position requires proactive communication with the entire service team, adherence to pre-shift briefings, and readiness to support opening and closing duties, thereby contributing to a consistently exceptional guest experience within a luxury hospitality setting.
