Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Proven knowledge of being a server within a full service restaurant
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift or carry items up to 40 lbs, push or pull items up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods with frequent bending and reaching
- Basic English language and communication skills
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per CDC guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of being a server within a full service restaurant, along with health and safety protocols
- Excellent understanding of customer service, resolving customers' complaints, procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment while effectively delegating tasks
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift or carry items up to 40 lbs and push or pull items up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting and reaching overhead
Job Duties
- Assist with preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Assist with attending to customers upon entrance to the restaurant
- Assist with presenting menus, serving and helping customers select food and beverages
- Assist with taking and serving orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
- Assist with handling and completing the logistics with all food delivery orders
- Assist with resolving complaints or issues with a positive and professional attitude
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen and bar staff
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Assist with issuing bills and accept payment for processing
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
