The Guest Service Support Expert plays a pivotal role in embodying The Luxury Collection's promise of delivering extraordinary hospitality. The Guest Service Support Expert actively ensures the smooth operation of food and beverage services by providing essential support such as setting tables, assisting kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness, and replenishing supplies. Their work is integral to making each transaction seamless and part of the overall guest experience.

Success in this role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, encompassing physical tasks such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, navigating varying surfaces safely, and handling items up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. The role demands great attention to detail in managing menus and supporting operational quality standards. Equally important is the dedication to maintaining a professional appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
