Server Assistants are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining and gaming area. This includes setting and clearing tables efficiently, assisting servers by running food, replenishing beverages, and ensuring that dining areas are tidy and conducive to enjoyable social experiences. The role also involves supporting the pool area upkeep and participating in the closing cleaning routines of the front of house (FOH) spaces. Beyond these operational duties, Server Assistants help create a warm and sociable atmosphere by supporting social gatherings, aiding service in both the main dining area and the Morning Ritual coffee shop within The Goat. This position requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to multitask while prioritizing excellent customer service.
