The restaurant is currently seeking to hire a Server Assistant, a pivotal role that involves supporting servers to deliver an exceptional dining experience. This position offers variable pay depending on location plus tips, reflecting the unique dynamics of each place. The Server Assistant is responsible for ensuring the dining room, lobby, and service areas are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing to guests at all times. As a team player, this role supports servers by assisting with the proper serving of food and beverages and efficiently clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables between guests. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Previous experience in food service preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Ability to lift and carry items as needed
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Team player with a customer-focused attitude
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

Ensure the dining room, lobby and service areas are clean, stocked and visually appealing
Assist servers in properly serving food and beverages
Clear, clean and reset tables for the next guests
Maintain high standards of health and safety and sanitation
Support team members to ensure excellent customer service
Contribute to a nurturing and growth-oriented work environment
