Joining The Capital Grille team as a Server Assistant means becoming an integral part of the dining experience by contributing to the smooth operation of the restaurant. Server Assistants support the serving staff by helping deliver food and beverages to guests, as well as clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently to prepare for incoming guests. Job Requirements
