As a Server Assistant at Dave and Buster's, you will play a crucial role in supporting the restaurant's front-of-house operations. This part-time or full-time position offers flexible scheduling, making it an ideal job for those balancing school, another job, or personal commitments. In this role, your primary responsibilities will center on assisting servers by managing drink refills, pre-bussing tables, and ensuring that dining areas maintain impeccable cleanliness and order. You will also help with greeting guests, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. You will work closely with immediate supervisors and team members to address any issues promptly and maintain a positive working environment. As a Server Assistant, you will help with station setup and breakdown, restocking supplies, and assisting in party setups and breakdowns. Being at least 18 years old and having proficiency in reading and speaking English are the minimum requirements, along with being able to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment.
