The Server Assistant's responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of all areas in the restaurant, cleaning and sanitizing tables, resetting tables promptly, keeping service stations fully stocked and clean, and ensuring both the floors and parking lot are well maintained. This role requires a strong sense of urgency, high integrity, and the ability to work well within a team to sustain a positive and efficient work environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older and capable of obtaining necessary certifications such as food handler and TABC certificates.
