The Server role is central to our restaurant’s success, ensuring guests receive attentive and high-quality service throughout their dining experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager or Department Manager, servers handle everything from taking orders to delivering meals, always maintaining the highest customer service standards. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about providing excellent hospitality. Servers are expected to adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a professional appearance at all times. As a Server, you will be the face of the restaurant and an ambassador of our brand, utilizing your extensive product knowledge to enhance guest interactions and increase sales. The role requires performing dining room setup, side work, and closing duties efficiently to maintain smooth operations. You will be responsible for accurate cash handling through the Point of Sale system and ensuring all tips are properly reported. In addition, the Server must be knowledgeable about liquor service laws to responsibly serve guests while preventing over-serving or underage consumption. This role does not involve supervisory duties but demands strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Physical stamina is essential as the job involves prolonged periods of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
