This role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Physical stamina is important, as the Server Assistant must be capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally, and performing physical activities for extended periods.
