We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage team member to join our Miami Beach EDITION team in a full-time, non-management role. This position is not remote and requires presence on-site. The core responsibilities include performing opening and closing duties such as setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and work areas, and securing the premises. Maintaining cleanliness and organization is a priority, including stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies, as well as removing soiled wares from the bar and tables. The role demands strict adherence to company policies, safety, and security procedures, ensuring a safe working environment. Team members must maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and uphold confidentiality at all times.

Serving guests is at the heart of this role, involving greeting and acknowledging guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and expressing genuine appreciation. Clear and professional communication, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, and supporting the team's goals are essential for success in this position. Candidates must be physically capable of standing, sitting, or walking for an entire shift, moving objects up to 50 pounds without assistance, and navigating varying surfaces and environments as part of their daily duties.
