Job Requirements

Must have open availability
Ability to lift heavy boxes (at least 50 lbs)
Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods
Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

Previous hospitality experience preferred (1-2 years)
Food safety knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure

Job Duties

Provide exceptional service to every customer
Provide water, tea, and coffee service to guests throughout the night
Mark tables with correct utensils once table orders are taken
Clear dirty dishes and glassware from tables with elegance and finesse
Lift heavy boxes weighing at least 50 lbs
Walk, stand, and bend for extended periods over multiple floors
Work weekends, nights, and holidays as required by business
