- ability to memorize service scripts

Job Duties
- Know all food and beverage menu items and daily specials
- understand and meet sequence of service requirements for the Back Waiter/Food Specialist and serving team
- provide initial greeting to guests along with the Front Waiter
- greet guests when Front Server is occupied
- provide and maintain water and beverage service throughout the meal
- serve bread and memorize scripted presentation
- accurately answer guest questions about menu items and ingredients
- remove dirty ware and replace with clean ware as needed
- prepare tables for the next course delivery
- maintain clean tables by removing crumbs during meals
- provide coffee service
- thank guests as they depart per scripted requirements
- clear and reset tables
- maintain floor cleanliness throughout the assigned station
- perform other duties as assigned by management
