Job Requirements

  • Able to walk and stand during entire shift
  • ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
  • availability to work in a 24/7 environment
  • ability to follow Department of Health food handling regulations
  • ability to comply with company alcohol service guidelines
  • willingness to be assigned to different Premium areas including The Loft and Catering during non-club events

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to maintain professionalism and friendliness
  • basic knowledge of food safety and handling
  • ability to prepare coffee beverages
  • ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Set up club space prior to event
  • maintain cleanliness of space during event
  • keep club stations stocked, neat and clean
  • run food from kitchen or pantry
  • serve food
  • prepare coffee beverages
  • address guest questions or concerns
  • escalate issues to Supervisor as needed
  • adhere to Department of Health food handling regulations
  • comply with company’s alcohol service guidelines
  • be flexible to work in different Premium areas as assigned
