Job Requirements

- Ability to understand and comply with food handling and serving techniques and regulations
- Ability to process cash handling, credit card, and room charge transactions
- Ability to operate computer, calculator, phone, and office equipment
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Ability to stand or walk for hours
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs

- Tolerate temperature changes and frequent hand immersion in water and cleaning solutions

Job Duties
- Adhere to proper procedures for utilizing the Table Management System to control guest seating flow
- Utilize Wait and Reservation Lists in the Table Management System
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly attitude while promoting teamwork
- Greet guests enthusiastically and assign tables using the Table Management System
- Notify guests politely about any wait times and manage expectations
- Inform guests about current promotions and menu offerings
- Address guest concerns and report to Manager
- Support team members by delivering food and beverages, pre-bussing tables, and providing refills
- Set up and maintain the server assistant stand and lobby area to ensure cleanliness
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries courteously
- Deliver correct food and drinks when required
- Practice safe food handling and maintain cleanliness standards
- Bag and manage takeout orders verifying accuracy
- Ensure guests receive a friendly farewell and solicit feedback
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of tables
- Accommodate guests' needs such as refills and silverware
- Clean and sweep around tables
- Perform other duties as assigned
