Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous restaurant or customer service experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and clean appearance
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow opening and closing checklists
Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Maintain a positive attitude and clean appearance
Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to detail following the PONTE standard
Pre-bus tables and manicure tables whenever possible
Provide bread service when needed
Attend to customers upon entrance and exit of PONTE
Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff as a team player
Assist with opening and closing the restaurant according to checklists
