The opportunity at The Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte, North Carolina, is for a full-time, non-management position within the food and beverage service team known as Guest Service Experts. This role goes beyond merely serving food; it is about curating a memorable and unique guest experience that complements exquisite cuisine and beverages. Guest Service Experts take the initiative to provide an array of services that enhance guests' enjoyment, whether it is setting tables, assisting in the kitchen, cleaning work areas, or replenishing supplies. Job Requirements

  • no prior supervisory experience required
