The Server Assistant role at Four Seasons is crucial to the restaurant team, particularly within the acclaimed Proof restaurant. Job Duties

  • Clearing used plates, glassware, and silverware, and resetting tables with clean linens and tableware
  • Assisting with delivering food orders to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation
  • Refilling water glasses and beverages, stocking supplies, and assisting with other tasks as needed by servers or other staff
  • Greeting guests, providing menus, and ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Keeping the dining area, service stations, and potentially the kitchen clean and organized
  • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment
