The Restaurant Server position at Article One Restaurant offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service. Serving as the face of the restaurant, servers are responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests, assisting them with menu selections, and ensuring that their dining experience is smooth and enjoyable. The position offers flexibility as shifts may occur any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 5:30 AM and midnight. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a server in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical capability to stand and perform duties for extended periods
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Proficiency in English language
