Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • valid food-handler's card
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • reliable transportation to commute to work locations
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • strong teamwork and leadership skills
  • punctuality and dependability
  • willingness to undergo training and continuous development

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is advantageous
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • customer service oriented with a positive attitude
  • familiarity with food safety regulations and practices

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts
  • manage staffing schedules and shift assignments
  • maintain food quality and safety standards including ensuring all team members have valid food-handler's cards
  • handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high service standards
  • assist in training and developing new staff members
