Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- valid food-handler's card
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- reliable transportation to commute to work locations
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- strong teamwork and leadership skills
- punctuality and dependability
- willingness to undergo training and continuous development
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is advantageous
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts
- manage staffing schedules and shift assignments
- maintain food quality and safety standards including ensuring all team members have valid food-handler's cards
- handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high service standards
- assist in training and developing new staff members
