Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to maintain a friendly courteous and professional demeanor
- Capability to handle cash and operate point of sale systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverage regulations and compliance
- Physical stamina for standing and walking during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of safe food handling and beverage service regulations
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly courteous and timely manner
- Prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests
- Maintain stock cutting and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner and promote and document orders for drinks
- Abide by all State Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create checks for guests
- Receive cash from guests make change verify validity of charges record charges ensure vouchers are properly executed and balance all moneys
- Lock up and store all beverage food and other equipment deposit cash drops and secure bank
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
