Job Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or hotel serving experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Food handler and/or alcohol service certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
  • Prepare and reset tables in accordance with brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining room, lounge, and service stations
  • Process guest payments accurately using POS systems
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Assist with banquet functions and special events as needed
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel team members
