Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • TIPS Certification required
  • Ability to work mornings Monday through Wednesday from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to handle guest concerns professionally

  • Previous restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • TIPS Certification required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
  • Monitor order timing and ensure prompt, accurate service
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
  • Restock service items throughout the shift
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet
  • Support fellow servers, hosts, food runners, and supervisors
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed
  • Follow all Maine liquor laws and hotel safety procedures
  • Assist with training new team members as needed
