Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- TIPS Certification required
- Ability to work mornings Monday through Wednesday from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally

- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

- High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Monitor order timing and ensure prompt, accurate service
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
- Restock service items throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet
- Support fellow servers, hosts, food runners, and supervisors
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed
- Follow all Maine liquor laws and hotel safety procedures
- Assist with training new team members as needed
