- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have at least 1 year server experience
- Wine, beer, and spirit knowledge preferred
- MAST certification required
- Food permit required

Job Duties
- Greet the guest, take all food and beverage orders
- Pre-bus tables in your station
- Maintain a clean dining area at all times
- Responsible for receiving all payments
- Performing necessary opening/closing and side work duties
- Prepare food items for guests such as dishing up oatmeal, soup, making toast, dinner salads, bread, etc
- Assist other servers with their tables
- Ensure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par
- Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered
- Be familiar with the operating procedures of all other areas of the hotel, cooperating fully and in a friendly manner with those areas to assure customer satisfaction
- Be a team player and encourage the teamwork attitude among staff
- Attend department and inter-departmental meetings
- Notify management of any pertinent information related to shift activities
- Be knowledgeable in all hotel emergency procedures
- Ensure areas are free of safety hazards and perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure total guest satisfaction
- Follow supervisor's instructions and perform other duties as directed or assigned
