Server

IHOP Servers are motivated, team oriented, friendly, and driven to providing excellent customer service. They greet, take orders, and serve customers to ensure a high-quality dining experience. The position requires standing for up to 8 hours, lifting/moving up to 25 pounds, and full mobility of hands and arms for repetitive tasks. Servers also perform duties assigned by the supervisor following policies.
