We are currently seeking dedicated Servers to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. In this role, servers are responsible for providing an exceptionally distinctive dining experience by delivering the highest levels of service and attentively guiding guests through the menus. Servers excel at making beverage and food recommendations that align with guests' preferences and exceed their expectations. Accuracy in order taking is critical, coupled with friendly and attentive service that enhances guests’ overall visitation experience and inspires repeat patronage. The Capital Grille is committed to sustaining a safe and healthy environment for both staff and patrons, maintaining clean, sanitized, and safe premises.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be 18 years or older
Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food and beverage menus

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Provide exceptional, attentive, and friendly service to guests
Guide guests through menu selections and offer food and beverage recommendations
Take accurate orders promptly
Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience that encourages return visits
Maintain sanitation and safety standards within the restaurant
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill orders efficiently
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
