Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade proficiency level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall support
- Criminal background clearance

Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster resident connections
- Prepare tables, salads, and silverware for meal service
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness by sweeping floors
- Communicate observations about residents' dietary habits to supervisors and Wellness staff
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall support
- Promote a positive and engaging dining experience for residents
