Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume or guest-facing service role
- Working knowledge of dining room service standards and procedures
- Valid Food Handler's Card and OLCC Permit or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and positive in fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for hospitality
- Team-first mindset and willingness to support others
- Interest in learning about Japanese cuisine and beverages
