This seasonal, full-time position as a Rooftop Pool Bar Server is based in Los Angeles, California, specifically at 465 S La Cienega Blvd. The role falls within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category and is a non-management role offering a competitive pay rate of $16.90 per hour plus tips. The Rooftop Pool Bar Server interacts directly with guests, ensuring that each visit is memorable through attentive service, menu knowledge, and friendly engagement. The incumbent will promptly greet guests, attend to tables without delay, serve food and beverages while offering recommendations, and approach guests to confirm satisfaction with their dining experiences. Utilizing the MICROS point of sale system accurately and efficiently is essential to maintain smooth operations. The role requires maintaining cleanliness of tables, handling closing duties, and restocking dishware and supplies to uphold high service standards.

Ideal candidates will have good conversational skills, a cooperative team orientation, a positive disposition, and an outgoing personality. Previous experience as a server is highly desirable but not mandatory. The position demands physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, along with the stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Appearance is important, with a requirement to maintain a professional and clean uniform. Comprehensive safety training and certification will be provided before employment begins.
