The position also requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods, ensuring a professional appearance with a clean uniform at all times. New hires will participate in safety training and certification prior to starting employment, reinforcing Sheraton's commitment to a safe and professional workplace.

Whether you're new to hospitality or an experienced professional, Sheraton supports your career journey through continuous learning, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and motivational leadership. You will have exclusive access to discounts on hotel stays, merchandise, food and beverages, and countless development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects.
