This role offers an opportunity to join Senior Lifestyle as a guest service champion, where hospitality meets efficiency and a heartfelt commitment to service. The starting salary for this position is $16 per hour, illustrating the company's dedication to investing fairly in its workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quick, efficient, and pleasant food and beverage service to residents and guests within the community, ensuring that their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
Your responsibilities will include taking food orders, properly communicating these orders to the kitchen staff, and promptly delivering both food and beverages to the designated residents or guests. Resident and guest satisfaction is paramount; therefore, responding swiftly and positively to requests and needs is critical to the role. You will also be expected to maintain a clean dining environment by actively bussing and resetting tables and completing assigned side work which might include cleaning or inventory-related tasks.
Additionally, an important aspect of this role is maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor towards all residents, visitors, and coworkers, which upholds Senior Lifestyle's values and enhances the overall experience within the community. Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain and/or hold required food handling and sanitation licenses or certificates
- Clear and effective communication in English
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to undergo food safety training
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or eligible exemption
Job Qualifications
