This position is a seasonal, part-time opportunity located onsite, attracting candidates eager to become part of a prestigious brand within the hospitality industry. The role is non-management and pays $16.90 per hour with eligibility for tips, offering both financial incentives and the experience necessary to excel in a competitive market. In this role, you will serve food courses and alcoholic beverages, set tables following event and service standards, and respond to guest inquiries regarding the menu. Communication with the kitchen is a critical component, as you will relay important information such as order details, wait times, re-cook requests, and dietary restrictions. Using the MICROS system, you will record orders accurately and ensure transactions are processed efficiently.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area throughout your shift is essential, as is executing closing duties like restocking and securing the workspace. Guest satisfaction is a priority; thus, you will regularly check in with patrons to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and beverages, presenting checks and processing payments professionally. Adherence to company and safety policies is mandatory, including reporting any unsafe conditions and completing required training and certifications.
The ideal candidate will embody professionalism in appearance and conduct, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to the protection of company assets. As a front-facing team member, you will welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and assist guests with disabilities as required. Effective and clear communication with colleagues and guests, as well as the ability to develop positive working relationships within a team environment, are imperative for success in this role. The physical demands include standing, sitting, walking for long periods, and handling items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly, sometimes more with assistance. You must be able to navigate various surfaces, stairs, and ramps safely.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to lift objects weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Commitment to follow company safety policies and procedures
- Willingness to perform closing duties
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Availability to work a seasonal, part-time schedule
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards
- Answer questions on menu selections
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
- Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete closing duties
- Present accurate checks and process payments
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
