The role being offered is that of a Server, a vital position within HMSHost’s extensive portfolio of food and beverage services. Servers are responsible for ensuring guests receive the highest quality of service by efficiently taking and delivering food and beverage orders, maintaining a courteous and helpful attitude, and ensuring that dining areas remain clean and welcoming at all times. Servers work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate the timely delivery of meals, enhance the guest experience, and uphold HMSHost’s stringent customer service policies. This position is typically non-exempt and reports to Store Management, which may include Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, or General Managers depending on local requirements. The pay range for this position is $9.60 to $12.00 per hour, reflecting competitive compensation in the hospitality segment.
