We are currently seeking a happy, outgoing, and energetic Dining Room Server to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our residents, contributing directly to their quality of life and satisfaction within the community. The employment opportunity offers flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time positions, which makes it ideal for students or individuals seeking varied hours. The pay range is competitive, starting from $18.00 and up to $23.00 per hour. The Dining Room Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service in the 5-star dining room environment. This includes greeting residents with warmth, taking and delivering meal orders accurately, and maintaining an inviting and orderly dining space. This position requires professionalism, knowledge of the menu, and precise use of point-of-sale devices to ensure smooth operations. As frontline ambassadors of the community, servers must demonstrate a positive attitude, work well in fast-paced and team-oriented settings, and communicate effectively in English. The role also involves assisting with cleaning and dishwashing duties as needed, helping to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
