The role available is a full-time, non-management Food and Beverage team member position with an hourly wage of $21.30, plus eligibility for tips. This position is essential in delivering memorable dining experiences for guests by ensuring attentive and friendly service. You will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, efficiently attending to tables, serving food and beverages, and sharing your menu knowledge to assist with inquiries and special requests. The role requires you to accurately process transactions using the MICROS point-of-sale system and engage with guests to confirm satisfaction with their meals and drinks. Maintaining a clean and well-stocked dining area by clearing tables and replenishing supplies is also part of your duties. You will work closely with a motivated management team and supportive colleagues who foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

  • Capable of moving and lifting up to 25 pounds

  • maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform
  • complete safety training and certification prior to employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • good conversational skills and teamwork orientation
  • previous experience as a server considered a strong advantage

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and attend to tables promptly
  • serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations if needed
  • share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
  • accurately record transactions in the MICROS system in a timely manner
  • approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and beverage
  • clean tables, complete closing tasks, and restock dishware and supplies
