The current opportunity available at Seaton Senior Living is for a Server to join their dedicated team. The Server will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for residents and guests by providing friendly, timely, and attentive service during meal times. This role is integral to maintaining the hospitality and service standards that help make Seaton Senior Living communities warm and welcoming places. Servers are expected to interact courteously with residents and guests, assure customer satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areas. This position not only requires a passion for working with seniors but also the ability to effectively balance teamwork and individual duties within a dynamic environment.
The Server’s responsibilities at Seaton Senior Living include taking meal and drink orders, serving meals promptly, maintaining knowledge of specials and menu items, and ensuring the cleanliness of dining spaces in accordance with scheduled routine cleaning protocols. The Server must also adhere to safety and loss prevention policies, set up and clean the dining room, and contribute positively to the overall resident experience. This role demands flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the community and the ability to respond promptly and courteously to resident requests.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred
- Must pass background check
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must enjoy working with seniors

Job Duties
- Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner
- Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
- Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
- Maintain all side stations and dining areas
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
- Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards
