This role is for a part-time Server position at Red Lobster, offering flexible scheduling and competitive wages with a pay range of $10.70 to $25.00 per hour. As a Server at Red Lobster, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests warmly, greeting them with a smile, and suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance their meal. You will accurately take food and drink orders, enter them properly into the point-of-sale (POS) system, and ensure timely pickup and delivery of orders to the tables. Throughout the guest experience, it will be your duty to check back regularly, provide refills as needed, and clear any items from the table efficiently. You will also be responsible for delivering and settling the check in a timely manner while expressing gratitude to the guests and inviting them to return. Following all food safety standards is a key part of your role to maintain a safe and clean environment.

The job includes physical demands such as the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds. Additionally, you must be able to move about the restaurant and stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours. Being a team player with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task will be crucial for your success in this position. Job Duties

  • Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated
  • Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
